The Redreaming Project

 

My name is Cornelia Papendick, I am an illustrator and upcycling artist from Cologne. REdreaming is primarily an upcycling art project in which hand-painted unique items in the form of bags, backpacks, shoes, accessories and much more are created. The things that find me usually have a long life behind them and bear the scars of time. That makes these objects something special, as they tell us stories of days or moments long past. Each of these forgotten everyday objects is given a second chance and is allowed to start a new story. In the meantime, I also create personalized favorite pieces on request, for which customers simply send me their objects, which should be upgraded and painted. Often times, each of these items also has a story in store that makes them valuable and lovable. Of course, I also offer new bags, purses, jewelry accessories and much more on request, as the demand exceeds a pure upcycling project. This is how new and wonderful collaborations come together, for example with AVANI LEATHERBAGS and a few more. Be curious, at least it is me.
